“It’s All About the Visual"®. If a Plate appears to have a defect in material or workmanship, You cANN & Co., LLC will replace it. Plates damaged due to normal wear and tear (for example, scratching), improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. Please refer to  Assembly & Care for more information on keeping your plate looking great.

Returns & Exchanges

You cANN & Co., LLC personally fulfills all orders.  We want you to love your "You In?" Plate! If you aren't completely satisfied, simply contact us at to return the plate within 15 days from the date of purchase (in original condition with all packaging intact) and we will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your credit. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Mail-in returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Please allow 5-7 days for credit to process. What can I return?
You may return most new, unused items sold and fulfilled by You cANN & Co., LLC within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Please note that non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition within its original packing materials.

If my plate has a defect or is damaged, can I return it?
If my plate has a defect or is damaged, can I return it? After visual inspection, You cANN & Co., LLC will replace plates that appear to have defects in material or workmanship. If an item is damaged due to normal wear and tear (for example, scratching), improper care, or abuse , we will not replace the plate.

You cANN& Co., LLC personally fulfills all orders.  In-stock items are generally shipped within two business days after the receipt of your order (exclusive of weekends and holidays). We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/ FPO/DPO addresses. We reserve the right to choose the best method for standard shipping. Standard shipping rates apply per item ordered. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3 to 7 days of the day we ship in most cases. You will be notified by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay. If you order an item which is temporarily out of stock, we will place your order on hold and ship it once this item is back in stock.

We recommend that if no one is going to be home when the package is expected to be delivered, that you leave instructions with your postal service carrier. Unless notified otherwise, the postal carriers have been known to leave packages on customer's doorsteps.

You cANN & Co., LLC is not responsible for any packages once delivered by the carrier. We pay extra to make the tracking information available to each customer. Once the carrier advises that your package has been delivered, You cANN & Co., LLC is no longer responsible for your package and any missing packages will have to be addressed directly between you and the carrier.
